Summary
- Under the authority of the chef, the cook helps in the preparation of meals, by helping to make the kitchens work smoothly. Among other things, it must:
- Ensure compliance with established food production and hygiene standards
- Meal development
- Working with various kitchen equipment
- Perform any other inherent and/or required task by the Responsible Chief
Requirements
- Own a DEP in professional cooking, pastry and/or butchery
- Years of experience: 3-5 years
- Mandatory MAPAQ Certificate
- Written languages: French: Advanced; English: intermediary
- Spoken languages: French: Advanced; English: intermediary
- Have a keen sense of organization
- Maintaining good working relationships
