Summary

  • Under the authority of the chef, the cook helps in the preparation of meals, by helping to make the kitchens work smoothly. Among other things, it must:
  • Ensure compliance with established food production and hygiene standards
  • Meal development
  • Working with various kitchen equipment
  • Perform any other inherent and/or required task by the Responsible Chief

Requirements

  • Own a DEP in professional cooking, pastry and/or butchery
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years
  • Mandatory MAPAQ Certificate
  • Written languages: French: Advanced; English: intermediary
  • Spoken languages: French: Advanced; English: intermediary
  • Have a keen sense of organization
  • Maintaining good working relationships
